Man-Power Consulting & Placement

We are pleased to introduce our core competency as an upcoming management consulting company with a vast experience and vivid achievements. Along with consulting services, we also provide Man Power Placement Services to our clients, wherein, we provide the resources who are on the payroll of Career Consultants to work with the clients.

Our Approach:
We, first of all, assess the client's man-power requirements and circumstances and then provide the right man-power support to be placed by following a proven and flexible approach as explained in a nutshell below:

	We analyze the job profile.
	We understand the work culture of the organization.
	We search for the right experience and skill mix from our data bank, through head hunting or through advertising.

Our Charges:
For Consulting Services:

	We bill 8.33% of the annual Gross Salary within seven days from the date of joining.
	If any candidate recommended by us joins the client organization within Six months from the date of sending "Resume" to the client organization or the first interview with the client organization, the client organization shall be liable to pay our professional fee, as applicable.
	We provide FREE replacement in case the candidate placed through us leaves on his/her own within 60 days of joining the client organization.
	Service Tax @ 12.36% will be added on the bill raised.

Data Processing Division

	We are working with various Banks, MNCs, Govt. Sector / Semi Govt. Sector companies for Data Processing.

	At present we have a flexible and scalable capacity to handle 6 Lacs Warrants for a single Bank/Company. We are well equipped to expand this capacity according to client's requirement.

	This division has successfully achieved completion of scanning and data entry of more than 2 Lacs PAN Forms.

	This division has also achieved completion of Election Commission's voter cards as well as ration cards with CMC.

	Our Data Processing Division had already handled the job of Dividend Warrants and Share Processing jobs. Data entry for Recruitment/Admission tests along with Results preparation jobs have also been completed successfully in a timely manner.
